Styled Shoot featured on Rock My Wedding: Fairytale Wedding Inspiration with Blush & Burgundy

Updated: Oct 13, 2020

I had the pleasure of being asked to take part in this gorgeous styled shoot which was featured on Rock My Wedding.

The vison was 'fairytale wedding inspiration with a twist', set in the romantic venue Grittleon House, the shoot composed of stunning florals, a blush and burgundy colour scheme complimented with touches of gold. The styling was classical but not traditional - the flowers were more loosely arranged with lots of folidage, and to create a feel of an enchanted garden the florals included an arch, centerpieces on elegant pedastals to give a look of a floral canopy and lower glass bowls at eye level.

The dress was a goregous lace Suzanne Neville design which was paired with an absolutely amazing pair of Jimmy Choo's, everyone was a little mesmorised by these!

For the stationery, the plan was to create something romantic, with some gold and calligraphy incorporated and featuring eucalyptus and burgundy flowers. I chose to create some delicately painted invitations with flowers that would match those being used in the arrangements, with a deep burgundy envelope and gold ink calligraphy.
